The Opportunity

Agility's commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers—tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.

About the Work:

As Agility scales, our marketing organization requires operational discipline, rigorous execution, and seamless cross-functional alignment to bring our GTM vision to life. As Senior Manager, Marketing Programs, you will design and drive the operating engine for the marketing team.

Acting as a strategic arm to our marketing leadership team, you will translate high-level company and marketing goals into clear operational plans, cross-functional program cadences, and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will manage a high-performing team, oversee the marketing budget and OKR tracking, scale our operational processes, and partner directly with leadership to keep the entire function moving with speed, alignment, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to keep the department aligned on top strategic priorities, support creation of planning artifacts, stakeholder presentations, and coordinate department reporting.
  • Design & Run the Marketing Operating Cadence: Own the quarterly and annual planning process, OKR tracking, budget allocation, and operational reviews.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Direct and guide the work of marketing team members, establish priorities and performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and support talent development and performance management.
  • Orchestrate Complex, Cross-Functional Programs: Lead and program-manage major cross-functional initiatives that engage multiple marketing functions (e.g., flagship events, multi-touch product launches, integrated GTM campaigns) from planning to execution and post-program evaluation.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other business leaders to align program priorities, messaging, timelines, and resources with company and go-to-market objectives.
  • Scale Marketing Operations & Infrastructure: Continually optimize operating processes, documentation, SLAs, and intake systems to improve execution velocity and consistency across a scaling team.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Oversee program resources, budgets, and external partners, prioritizing investments and balancing competing needs to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish program goals and performance metrics, evaluate results, and communicate outcomes, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Marketing Operations and Continuous Improvement: Establish scalable processes, operating practices, and reporting mechanisms that improve coordination, execution, and consistency across marketing programs.
  • Stakeholder and Executive Communication: Communicate program strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders, influencing priorities and decisions through sound judgment and data-informed recommendations.

What Success Looks Like

  • Operational Excellence: A predictable, transparent planning and execution rhythm where programs launch on time, on budget, and hit target metrics.
  • Seamless Alignment: Clear line-of-sight across program priorities, timelines, and deliverables, eliminating siloes and last-minute fire drills.
  • Optimized Resource Allocation: Maximized ROI on budget, vendor, and team capacity through rigorous planning, performance tracking, and proactive agency management.
  • Scalable Infrastructure: Well-documented, repeatable playbooks and modern workflows that allow the team to scale output.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing programs, demand generation, or a related discipline, preferably in a B2B technology or high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, including setting priorities, providing performance feedback, and supporting employee development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple marketing disciplines or areas of expertise.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand positioning, demand generation, market research, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience managing budgets, allocating resources, and overseeing agency or vendor relationships.
  • Ability to establish program objectives and performance metrics, interpret results, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong project and operational management skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, make decisions, and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in robotics, industrial technology, enterprise technology, or other B2B markets is preferred.

The Agility Fit

  • Ownership: You proactively identify operational bottlenecks, take initiative on solutions, and follow through on commitments.
  • Trust: You listen as much as you talk and take responsibility for collective success.
  • Adaptability: You’re smart with resources, focus on outcomes, and can pivot effectively as our industry evolves.
