  • Conduct voice-of-customer activities to validate messaging, identify unmet needs, and uncover market opportunities.
  • Develop customer advocacy programs including reference sites, testimonials, peer-to-peer engagement opportunities, and advisory councils.

Commercial Enablement & Sales Support

  • Partner closely with field sales teams to drive customer engagement and solution adoption.
  • Develop sales enablement programs designed to improve commercial effectiveness and increase solution-selling capabilities.
  • Train and educate sales teams on CPSC workflows, customer challenges, competitive positioning, and BD's unique value proposition.
  • Support strategic customer opportunities through presentations, business cases, executive discussions, and customer workshops.
