Role Overview
As the Lifecycle, Attribution & Analytics Owner, you will serve as the strategic architect behind our full-funnel customer journey, multi-touch attribution engine, and core lead management infrastructure. Operating in a high-growth, enterprise B2B SaaS environment, you will own the entire end-to-end lead lifecycle—from initial signal intake and enrichment to lead scoring, inbound routing, and the seamless operational handoff to Sales.
This role requires hands-on Marketo AND Bizible mastery as absolute prerequisites, paired with advanced analytical capability. You will directly manage all technologies, data schemas, and processes that dictate how leads and accounts progress through our GTM funnel while delivering multi-touch attribution models that prove marketing ROI.
This role is based out of our San Francisco or New York City offices, and has a 2 days a week in-office requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketo Architecture & Lead Lifecycle Management: Own the strategy, build, and day-to-day administration of our lead lifecycle framework in Marketo. Manage lifecycle stages, lead status transitions, database hygiene, and campaign execution standards across the buyer journey.
Bizible & Multi-Touch Attribution Operations: Directly own, configure, and optimize Bizible (Adobe Learning/Attribution) alongside supporting attribution models (Paramark or data warehouse models). Measure and report on pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, velocity, and conversion rates from first touch to closed-won.
Lead Scoring, Enrichment & Routing Operations: Architect, test, and continuously optimize our lead and account scoring models (behavioral + demographic). Oversee real-time enrichment pipelines (Leadspace, 6sense, Clearbit/Clay) and automated routing systems (Chili Piper, LeanData) to ensure instant SLA sales handoffs.
Sales Alignment & Funnel Handoff: Define and govern the operational boundaries between Marketing and Sales (SDR/BDR/AE teams). Standardize lead status workflows, SLA tracking, recoil/rejection reason logging, and MQL/MQA notification protocols in Salesforce.
Signal-Based & ABM Journey Nurturing: Partner with Demand Gen and Sales Ops to build automated account-based engagement tracks powered by intent signals (6sense, G2) and product-assisted growth metrics.
Cross-Functional Analytics Enablement: Deliver executive dashboards and actionable pipeline reporting (SQL, Salesforce, Tableau/Looker) to guide growth strategy and budget allocation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment, with explicit focus on full-funnel lead lifecycle design and attribution.
Must-Have Requirements:
Marketo & Bizible Expertise (Required): Hands-on, advanced experience with both Marketo AND Bizible is 100% required. Candidates lacking direct experience in either platform will not be considered. Must have a proven track record of scaling enterprise Marketo lifecycle models, Bizible touchpoint mapping, and Marketo-Salesforce CRM sync architectures.
Lead Funnel Operations: Hands-on experience configuring and managing lead routing engines (Chili Piper, LeanData), enrichment providers (Leadspace, 6sense), and lead scoring systems.
Technical Stack Knowledge: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, SQL, BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker), and data enrichment pipelines.
Level 4 Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to partner directly with Sales Development (SDRs), Sales Operations, and Demand Gen executives to drive operational alignment.
Base Salary Range: $134,000.00 - $167,000.00 +bonus
