GE Vernova is helping change the world. Will you be part of the global energy transition?

Our team of approximately 80,000 employees keeps the lights on for people around the world. We've installed approximately 7,000 gas turbines for customers operating in over 100 countries, powering more than a third of the world to deliver brighter cities, stronger economies, and a better-connected world.

The Operations Leader will work directly with the Plant Leader to drive operational excellence, standard work, and execution across the Greenville Gas Power plant. This role will serve as a key partner to the Plant Leader in translating business strategy into clear operating priorities, establishing consistent management systems, and driving accountability across the organization.

This is a high-visibility, high-potential leadership role designed for an experienced manufacturing leader who is capable of taking on broader enterprise leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to the Gas Power business, plant operations, functional organizations, customers, and strategic priorities while directly partnering with the Plant Leader on critical business initiatives.

The role is intentionally designed to provide a strong foundation for future manufacturing leadership opportunities. In addition to supporting the daily operating rhythm of the plant, the Operations Leader will own several strategic initiatives that provide exposure to different aspects of the business, develop enterprise relationships, and build the business knowledge required for future manufacturing leadership opportunities.
