About the Role

As a Senior Producer, you’ll play a central role in the day-to-day client partnership and delivery of work for a global sports brand. Reporting to the VP, Group Account Director, you’ll own projects from brief through launch, bringing together client stakeholders and multidisciplinary agency teams to deliver exceptional creative and digital work.

This is a hybrid role that blends client partnership, integrated production, project leadership, and commercial stewardship. You’ll build trusted relationships with day-to-day client stakeholders while creating the structure, momentum, and clarity teams need to do their best work. We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable moving between client conversations, creative reviews, project planning, budgets, resourcing, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of multiple creative and digital projects, leading work from initial brief and scoping through production, launch, and closeout.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted and responsive day-to-day partner across assigned programs and workstreams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brand, business, priorities, and ways of working to anticipate needs and provide solutions-oriented partnership.
  • Translate client briefs and business needs into clear scopes, workstreams, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and actions for internal teams.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, design, copy, production, technology, and other capabilities to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Deep experience in account and project management focused on digital production and paid media assets
  • Lead briefings, kickoffs, status meetings, and key project milestones with clear agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-up.
  • Own project workflows and documentation, ensuring teams have accurate briefs, timelines, budgets, feedback, assets, approvals, and other critical information.
  • Manage client feedback and approval processes, consolidating input and translating feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams.
  • Partner with creative and discipline leads throughout the production process to protect the integrity of the work while balancing scope, timing, budget, and feasibility.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and potential roadblocks, bringing forward solutions and escalating appropriately before they impact delivery.
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, burn, forecasts, scopes of work, change requests, and other financial documentation.
  • Partner with the VP, Group Account Director on account planning, financial management, client health, and opportunities to strengthen and grow the relationship.
  • Identify potential opportunities for additional work by staying close to client priorities, upcoming needs, and emerging business challenges.
  • Lead project casting and resource planning in partnership with creative, discipline, and operational leads, ensuring the right mix of talent is aligned to each assignment.
  • Monitor team capacity and upcoming demand, proactively surfacing staffing needs and resolving resource conflicts in partnership with leadership.
  • Maintain visibility across concurrent projects and workstreams, connecting dependencies and priorities across the broader account.
  • Establish and continuously improve production processes and ways of working that increase clarity, efficiency, collaboration, and quality.
  • Foster strong collaboration across disciplines and create an environment where teams have the clarity, support, and structure needed to produce their best work.

About You

The essentials:

  • 6+ years of experience in integrated production, project management, account management, or a hybrid client services and delivery role within an agency, studio, or sophisticated in-house creative environment.
  • Proven experience producing complex digital, creative, and integrated marketing work from brief through final delivery.
  • Strong client relationship skills with the confidence to independently lead day-to-day conversations, manage expectations, and navigate challenging situations.
  • Excellent project leadership skills, with experience managing scopes, timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and approval processes.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, design, copy, production, technology, and other specialist functions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets, tracking burn, forecasting, monitoring scope, and identifying when changes require additional conversations or documentation.
  • Experience with resource planning and project casting, with an understanding of how to align talent, capabilities, timing, and budget to the needs of the work.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and visibility across the broader account.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear direction for clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with a proactive approach to identifying gaps, creating structure, and improving processes.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and solve problems independently while exercising sound judgment around when to escalate to senior leadership.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines, personalities, and levels of seniority.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and multiple high-visibility initiatives may be moving simultaneously.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Experience working with sports, apparel, footwear, lifestyle, retail, or other culturally relevant consumer brands.
  • Experience supporting a large-scale global brand with complex stakeholder groups and multiple agency or internal partners.
  • Experience producing work across digital platforms, e-commerce, social, content, video, campaigns, and brand experiences.
  • Experience with large-scale digital production, including websites, platforms, interactive experiences, or product launches.
  • Familiarity with resource management and capacity-planning tools and processes.
  • Experience working with data-informed marketing programs, CRM, email marketing, or marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with digital development processes and experience partnering closely with technology and engineering teams.
