About this job

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) provides Amazon's suite of physical and digital services that empower sellers of all sizes manage to streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs, and free up time for them to focus on scaling their businesses.

To support our rapid growth, we are hiring a Senior Product Designer to create a unified, cohesive seller experience that simplifies how sellers manage their entire supply chain—inventory, shipments, storage and distribution—in one place. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of understanding seller needs and crafting user-centric experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, engineers, researchers, and content writers—you'll design solutions that eliminate complexity and empower sellers to grow across channels while leveraging Amazon's world-class logistics infrastructure.

  • Shape the problem, not just the solution. You'll often work in ambiguity—where requirements, customers, and technical feasibility are still undefined—and frame the right problem before jumping to answers.
  • Own the end-to-end seller experience for how businesses manage their supply chain on FBA.
  • Influence strategy, not just screens—your design vision will help shape the product roadmap.
  • Join a deeply embedded, collaborative UX team that partners daily with business and engineering and across Amazon's broader UX community.

Key job responsibilities

  • Bring forward innovative ideas and raise the bar on the seller experience for managing inventory, shipments, orders, and distribution across the FBA supply chain.
  • Proactively pitch a north star UX vision and influence product strategy; own and lead the discovery and strategy phases of a project.
  • Frame ambiguous problems as much as solve them—surfacing risks, dependencies, and opportunities others haven't, and driving clarity for the team even when requirements and feasibility are still undefined.
  • Effectively advocate and design for the customer through objective data—customer insights, market analysis, and business metrics—while balancing design with technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with business and engineering teams to balance immediate changes with long-term, scalable solutions.
  • Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to concept and communicate detailed interaction behaviors that support decision-making and development.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate design exploration and execution, while critically evaluating AI-generated outcomes—applying design judgment to assess quality, relevance, and customer fit.
  • Proactively initiate, plan, and prioritize the design roadmap based on user research insights and product requirements.
  • Present design work and influence cross-org stakeholders and leaders.
