This role will play a critical part in advancing how AI is responsibly applied across IEOS data products through strong governance, security, accountability, and responsible AI practices.
As a collaborative and agile partner across Engineering, Customer Success, Delivery, and Sales, you will help shape solutions that are valuable to customers, operationally effective, and commercially successful within the Utilities and Energy industry.

Advocate for customer outcomes while driving accountable product decisions that align with business objectives and platform evolution.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional cllaboration to deliver meaningful value to utility customers.
Monitor product performance, customer adoption, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform future roadmap priorities.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of product management experience within enterprise software environments.
Proven ability to define products from customer problems and customer outcomes, not solely from feature requests or backlog execution.
Experience translating customer needs into product requirements, workflows, constraints, and measurable business outcomes.
Strong experience working with engineering teams on cloud platforms, data architectures, APIs, analytics solutions, and operational tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that deliver measurable customer and business value.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in collaborative, agile environments.
Commitment to customer-centric product development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, compliance, and operational requirements for data platforms.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with cloud SaaS platforms, data platforms, analytics ecosystems, or governed data products.
Experience in the Utilities and Energy industry.
Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data-sharing architectures.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data product management, and enterprise data-sharing practices.
