Menlo Park, CA

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you're ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Money Movement team builds the products that let customers move money and assets into, out of, and within Robinhood. Our work spans the infrastructure and partner integrations underneath and the experiences customers see on top, and we partner closely with design, data science, compliance, and fraud. Moving money is where customers decide whether they trust a product, and we want it to feel as good as investing.

We care a lot about removing friction. A transfer should be fast and easy to follow, with the kind of polish customers notice. Everything else customers do at Robinhood starts here, so we want it to be something they enjoy.

As a Senior Product Manager on the customer experience side of Money Movement, you will set the vision for how moving money feels and deliver experiences customers find clear and delightful. You will lead zero-to-one launches, own the end-to-end journey across mobile and web, and sweat the details, from the copy and motion to the states in between. You will partner with design, engineering, legal, and operations to ensure what we ship is compliant and a pleasure to use.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you'll do

  • Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for Robinhood's money movement customer experience, spanning funding, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Lead zero-to-one product initiatives that make moving money faster and more delightful, from first concept through launch
  • Partner closely with design to shape the work, give and receive sharp critique, and hold a high bar for craft and interaction detail
  • Drive significant improvements in funnel conversion, transaction success, and customer satisfaction by finding friction and failure points in the journey and using research, experimentation, and analytics to prioritize
  • Partner with engineering and the platform teams that own our payment rails and vendor integrations to turn platform capabilities into reliable, fast customer-facing experiences
  • Work with compliance, legal, and fraud teams to ensure every experience meets regulatory requirements without compromising the customer experience

What you bring

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of shipping consumer products that customers love, ideally mobile-first
  • A history of close collaboration with design: you partner with designers from concept to launch, give and receive sharp critique, and hold a high bar for craft
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong product taste, with examples of experiences you shaped where polish made a measurable difference
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated consumer space is a plus; you do not need to be a payments expert, and you will learn the rest quickly
  • High technical empathy and experience partnering closely with engineering to resolve complex tradeoffs and deliver clean user experiences
  • Familiarity using user research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, formulate opinionated product recommendations, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
  • A strong sense of urgency and speed, high standards, and a strong work ethic: you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with design, engineering, operations, and external partners

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Best-in-class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Lifestyle wallet: a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
