About this job
About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
Teleport is looking for an experienced Product Marketer to produce the messaging and key content to support Teleport’s new product and solution narrative, serve as the source of truth for content that cascades across teams, and drive launches and announcements for Teleport key portfolio solutions that define AI Infrastructure Identity.
In this role you’ll help translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with modern technical teams — including platform teams, infrastructure leaders, DevOps practitioners, cloud security teams, and engineering decision-makers.
You’ll work closely with the Product, Revenue, Solutions Engineering, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, and Enablement teams to ensure that we meet every audience with the right content. The core content you build will be the foundation that supports our story across programs, campaigns, and sales conversations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Launch Content and GTM Execution
Own the messaging and content deliverables for new product, feature, and solution launches, from launch brief through the launch content kit.
Turn product and executive narrative direction into core assets: messaging frameworks, positioning documents, product and solution briefs, FAQs, and launch decks.
Run a repeatable launch process that balances rigor and speed, keeping Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales aligned from planning through release.
Support announcements and multi-channel activations by providing narrative and source content to Corporate Communications, PR, and Demand Generation.
Messaging and Positioning Development
Work with Product, Solutions Engineers, and other subject matter experts to turn new, industry-leading capabilities into clear, technically credible messaging.
Build consistent, persona-based messaging for platform, DevOps, security, and engineering audiences.
Gather input from customer data, the field, and the community to continuously refine messaging and language as the market and product evolve.
Quality and Consistency
Hold a high bar for writing, clarity, and storytelling across the PMM function.
Maintain a single source of truth for current messaging, so humans and tooling stays accurate and aligned over time.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent writing and presentation skills; you’re a crisp, persuasive communicator who can turn dense technical input into polished content.
6+ years of product marketing experience in cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps, developer platforms, identity, and/or cybersecurity markets.
Track record of producing positioning, messaging, and launch content for complex technical products.
Demonstrated ability to write for both deeply technical audiences.
Experience translating input from SMEs and engineers into accurate, polished content under launch deadlines.
Experience supporting sales-led, enterprise go-to-market motions.
Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and technical field teams.
Technical credibility, with enough fluency to engage in conversations about infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, identity, access, zero trust, and modern software delivery practices.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
