What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to the definition and prioritization of product capabilities for next-generation Smart OR and surgical visualization solutions.

  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to deliver solutions from concept through commercialization.
  • Support product strategy and roadmap development by evaluating emerging technologies, competitive offerings, market trends, and customer feedback.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, biomedical engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in systems engineering or related product development roles.
  • Experience translating user, customer, and business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.

Preferred:

  • Experience developing complex hardware/software systems in a regulated or structured environment, applying systems engineering practices including requirements management, interface definition, verification, and traceability, with tools such as Jama, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Miro.
  • Experience with digital video systems, including video acquisition, processing, distribution, camera technologies, and image quality considerations, with familiarity with interfaces and standards such as HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort, USB, and Ethernet-based video.
