Roblox is building the future of user-generated content - a platform where millions of creators design immersive 3D worlds, characters, and experiences at scale. We're pioneering tools that blend generative AI, real-time rendering, and accessible workflows so creators of every skill level can build faster and better than ever.

- Prototype and test new improvements to general creation tools like terrain tooling and shader functionality
- Test and compare multiple generative tools and workflows, document results, and recommend best practices to the team.
- Help develop and document new GenAI/traditional hybrid workflows, collaborating with production and technology teams to improve efficiency and creative output.
- Engage with external creators to advise on best practices and surface opportunities to further improve workflows
You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in a related CG field or computer science
- 7+ years experience in the game industry, worked on titles on multiple platforms (mobile a plus)
- Strong understanding of real-time engines and DCC.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability: Envision extensible and efficient creation systems, tooling implementation, and creator-friendly workflows
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern real-time engines, DCC tools, and generative workflows
