In the role of Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape the strategic product vision, steer live initiatives, and spearhead 0-to-1 feature development to drive business ROI across Cobalt’s Autonomous and Continuous Pentesting portfolio. You will conduct deep product discovery, instill scalable PM leadership practices, and redefine how continuous, autonomous offensive security is delivered to modern enterprises.

You will combine strong business acumen with technical rigor, driving clear feature ownership from discovery to delivery. Operating as a proactive cross-functional leader, you will challenge existing processes and communicate transparently to ensure our continuous pentesting platform solves critical customer security problems with measurable impact.

What You Would Do

As a member of a growing team of product managers your responsibilities include:

  • Product Discovery Excellence: Lead continuous customer discovery and market validation to identify high-impact customer problems in the continuous security testing space. Translate complex user needs into actionable, validated product requirements.
  • End-to-End Feature Ownership: Take full operational ownership of product features across the entire lifecycle—from initial ideation and specification to execution, deployment, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Proactive Leadership & Process Innovation: Actively challenge inefficient workflows, implement scalable product processes, and foster high alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Transparent & Structured Communication: Maintain standard executive-level visibility into roadmap progress, product decisions, and operational metrics through regular updates and clear artifact documentation.
  • Domain Expertise in Autonomous Security: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on continuous vulnerability management, AI-driven offensive security techniques, and automated pentesting workflows.
  • Data-Driven Performance Management: Define and monitor rigorous success criteria, evaluating product performance against strategic business metrics and customer satisfaction outcomes.

You Must Have

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience with expertise in strategic leadership, end-to-end feature ownership, and delivering tangible business ROI, including 5+ years in cybersecurity products and preferably 3+ years in offensive security.
  • Proven track record in continuous product discovery, conducting user research, and validating continuous or automated security offerings.
  • Experience driving autonomous or continuous or security solutions, vulnerability management platforms, or related enterprise offensive security offerings.
  • Strong proactive leadership capability with a willingness to challenge processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate operational friction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical teams, leadership, and external customer audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re great at explaining highly technical topics to technical and non technical audiences, with a talent for building empathy for user problems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities is a plus.
  • Strong bias for action, creative thinking, innovation and data-driven product decision-making.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
