- Collaboration: Partner effectively with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, production demands, and align sourcing strategies with broader operational and product development goals.
- Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, build rapport, and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions about strategy.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Exceptional Communication: Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration. Practices active listening and engages thoughtfully.
- Strong Sense of Ownership: Takes full accountability for their responsibilities and stays aligned with the business mission. Actively seeks opportunities to enhance company performance, even beyond their explicit role.
