As a SVP, Data & Intelligence at Zeno, you will serve as a senior strategic leader within the agency's growing analytics and intelligence practice. Working closely with clients, agency leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help organizations translate data into actionable insights that strengthen reputation, improve performance and drive business outcomes.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on analytics leader to shape client strategy, grow business, mentor talent and help define the future of data, intelligence and AI-enabled insights within a leading communications agency.

About the Role:

  • Analytics Strategy & Client Leadership: Serve as a senior advisor to clients, providing executive-level counsel on analytics, measurement, intelligence and data-driven communications strategy.
  • Measurement, Research & Intelligence: Oversee integrated measurement, audience research, media intelligence, social listening, reputation analytics, digital performance and AI-enabled insights programs that help clients make informed decisions.
  • Strategic Insights & Business Impact: Translate complex data into clear recommendations, helping clients connect communications performance to business objectives and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Business Growth & Practice Development: Lead analytics discovery conversations, develop measurement frameworks and identify opportunities to grow client relationships, expand engagements and support new business efforts.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and develop team members while fostering analytical rigor, strategic thinking, storytelling excellence and strong client leadership capabilities.
  • Integrated Measurement & Performance Insights: Partner across corporate, consumer, healthcare, technology, digital, paid media and creative teams to deliver integrated measurement and intelligence programs that support agency and client objectives.
  • AI, Innovation & Technology Enablement: Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, APIs and emerging technologies to improve research, reporting, insight development and decision-making across the organization and client work.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Advancement: Help shape the future of the practice by identifying emerging trends in analytics, measurement, reputation intelligence, AI and communications effectiveness.

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience in analytics, intelligence, research, measurement, communications, marketing or related fields within an agency, consulting or client-service environment.
  • Deep expertise in communications analytics and their associated platforms, including measurement, earned media analysis, social intelligence, audience research, reputation analytics, digital performance and business intelligence.
  • Experience advising senior clients and guiding data-informed decision making.
  • Experience leading business development efforts across organic and net new opportunities, including strategic planning, proposal development, consultative selling and new business pitches.
  • Strong understanding of integrated communications and the role analytics plays across earned, owned, shared and paid channels.
  • Experience working with business intelligence, analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Hex, GA4, SQL, R or similar tools.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to make complex findings accessible and actionable for diverse audiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve research, reporting and insight generation.
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring talent and partnering across disciplines, functions and levels.
  • Commitment to analytical rigor, data quality and delivering meaningful business impact through insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting integrated communications, public relations, corporate affairs or marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, campaign measurement and cross-channel performance analytics.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled analytics workflows and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with third-party technology vendors, data providers and platform partners.
