What are we looking for?

We’re hiring a social media manager to own all of our Hercules' presence across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram,.

What will you lead?

  • Channels: You will manage our X, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts.

  • Content creation: You will create compelling content that converts and grows Hercules' brand

  • Account management: You will engage with customers and prospective customers and direct them to sales or support as needed

What skills do we expect you to have?

  • Proven track record growing organic social for a software product

  • Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing)

  • Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance)

  • Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next)

  • Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis

Is Hercules in-office or remote?

Hercules founding team works in-office in San Francisco (Kearny and Bush). We have a very strong preference for in office. We are open to remote for exceptional candidates in US time zones who would be willing/able to travel to the office regularly.
