What You’ll Bring

  • At least two years of experience in full stack development environments.

  • Experience building full stack applications with Node.js and developing front-end experiences with a JavaScript framework such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.

  • Experience designing and integrating APIs and working with cloud services on AWS or Microsoft Azure.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong programming fundamentals and an understanding of software design patterns and microservices architectures.

  • Strong database design and management skills, with experience using DynamoDB, SQL/Snowflake, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with cloud performance tuning and optimization.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and using collaboration and project tools such as Jira, Slack, and Confluence.

  • The ability to use AI tools to generate code and evaluate that code against the team’s quality standards.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

What Will Help You Thrive

  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and a thoughtful approach to applying them.

  • A creative, resourceful approach to solving complex problems.

  • A habit of looking for ways to simplify systems and make code easier to maintain.

  • Openness to feedback and a willingness to share your knowledge with teammates.

  • A focus on the customer experience when making technical decisions.

What Success Looks Like
