  • Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Science, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing, ensuring internal teams are aligned on a shared measurement strategy and executing toward common goals.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with external measurement partners, agencies, and industry bodies, ensuring Snap’s approach is credible, interoperable, and trusted by advertisers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and headwinds in the advanced measurement space by meeting customers, attending industry events, and staying current with industry forums.
  • Drive the development and execution of high-quality products that help advertisers fully understand the value of advertising on Snap, and own the growth and adoption of the measurement suite.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to form a differentiated perspective on the future of ads measurement and rally stakeholders around it.
  • Knowledge of causal inference and experimental design, and how these methods fit into a broader measurement strategy.
  • Knowledge of the broad measurement ecosystem (MTA, MMM, geo-based methods, etc.) and how advertisers weigh these approaches alongside brand safety and suitability considerations.
  • Experience with brand safety and suitability frameworks (e.g., GARM standards, third-party verification partners, contextual and inventory controls), and an understanding of how suitability outcomes are measured and communicated to advertisers.
  • Knowledge of the ever-changing privacy and signals landscape, and how privacy-enhancing technologies will shape the future of measurement.
  • Skilled at communicating deep technical and statistical concepts to cross-functional partners, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to formulate a multi-year strategy, plan a roadmap, and deliver customer-impacting projects on a regular cadence.
  • Ability to build alignment and drive co-owned projects across key cross-functional teams, including Ads Delivery, Signals, Attribution, Targeting, Ranking, and Trust & Safety.
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate competing priorities across internal and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Statistics or a related quantitative field, or equivalent expertise gained through direct experience in Advanced Ads Measurement
