We are looking for the following Civil Engineering positions for highway geometric design, utilities engineering, MPT design and all aspects of civil/highway work. Positions are hybrid with 2-3 days per week in-person at our Newark, NJ office.
For the right candidate, FULLY REMOTE options may be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:

- Complete a variety of assignments, including drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
- Interface frequently with other engineering disciplines and departments.
- Prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
- Review supplier drawing submittals and perform technical bid analyses.
- Prepare and issue specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
- Provide technical guidance to CAD Designers/Drafters, Designers, and junior Engineers working on the same project.
- Provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
- Act in an advisory capacity to senior management on engineering-related matters.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) with 12+ years of related work experience.
- Experience with NJDOT and NJTA
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and management skills.
- Versatile and enthusiastic, with the ability to work in a highly flexible, team-oriented environment.
