With the backing of MrBeast, the world's most influential creator, and our unwavering commitment to transparency and superior quality, we are strategically positioned to become the go-to snacking brand for future generations.

At the heart of our ethos is the belief that anything is possible. This belief ignites our innovation and drives us to push boundaries. It's what enables us to deliver incredible products and unique, engaging experiences that keep our fans and customers coming back for more.

Though recognized for our chocolate bars, our vision goes beyond a single product category. We aim to offer a diverse product range, each item tailored to meet our customers' unique tastes and needs. Regardless of the variety, all of our products share a common trait - the guarantee of quality and fun that Feastables is known for.

We're not just building a brand; we're crafting a legacy and just getting started. We are charting an unprecedented path, at an unbelievable velocity, and seeking extraordinary individuals to help us shape the next iconic global brand. Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.

About the Role:

We're on the search for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contract manufacturing relationships, production planning at high growth CPG start ups, and forecasting to accurately project future capacity needs. This role will be pivotal in optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring we are continuing to support the evolving demand needs of our organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the business planning relationships with contract manufacturers across the Feastables North America chocolate business
  • Own and maintain supply planning models within Feastables’ planning system in order to:
    • Develop monthly production plans based on inventories, financial forecast, and bottoms-up demand plan
    • Maintain rolling 12-month supply forecasts and provide visibility to all key partners including contract manufacturers, co-packers, and the Procurement team
    • Perform analyses and give recommendations on various supply scenarios given changing capacities & demand outlooks
    • Proactively manage inventory stock outs and obsolescence
  • Track contract manufacturer attainment, OTIF, and other supply planning KPIs and utilize data to drive accountability
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with contract manufacturing partners
  • Act as a project manager pulling cross-functional teams together to solve problems impacting production as they arise
  • Play an active role in the Feastables monthly planning process, specifically through data-sharing and story-telling in the monthly Supply Review
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in the new product development process to help bring new products to life across new and existing contract manufacturers
  • Place and manage purchase orders within Feastables ERP, ensuring accuracy of volume, costing, and timing
  • Effectively communicate production priorities to manufacturing partners

Recipe for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in planning or supply chain, preferably within the CPG industry
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred; experience with ERP systems is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Willingness to dive into ambiguous problems that may be occasionally outside a typical supply planner’s scope
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $120,000 plus an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.
