This leader will work closely with talent advisors (recruiters), hiring managers, and business leaders to improve hiring outcomes, enhance the candidate experience, and bring new ideas, tools, and approaches into the recruiting process. This person will be excited by continuous improvement, staying on top of trends and new practices, and seeing teams thrive in new ways. This strong leader understands recruiting best practices, enjoys solving problems, uses data to guide decisions, and isn't afraid to challenge outdated ways of working.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team focused on attracting and hiring top talent.
  • Developing recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Improving processes through data, technology, AI, and best practices.

  • Leading the team through transformation and change.

What We're Looking For

  • A practical, curious leader who challenges outdated practices.
  • Strong business acumen and a data-informed approach.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or related talent experience, including people leadership.
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex Commercial Bank talent segments, preferably in Capital Markets, Treasury & Middle Market.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
  • Proven experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience using data and market insights to improve outcomes.
  • Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or technology adoption.
  • Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
