Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns
Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing efforts
You might thrive in this role if you have:
8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth, premier tech environments
Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
