We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.

About the Role

Rain is looking for a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Talent to scale hiring across the entire company. You can be expected to own full-cycle hiring, running structured, data-driven processes, and closing top talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles: kickoff/intake, outbound sourcing, screens, interview coordination, debriefs, offers, and closes

  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and talent communities; run ongoing market mapping for priority roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, structure interviews, calibrate bar/levels, and train interviewers to drive signal and reduce bias

  • Elevate employer brand and candidate experience—write compelling JDs, craft personalized outreach/nurture campaigns, communicate quickly, and negotiate/close top talent

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting

  • A proven track record of hiring for early-stage, high-growth startups—especially in fintech or technical environments

  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, interview best practices, and compensation planning

  • High EQ and communication skills—you can collaborate effectively across all levels of the company

Nice to have, but not mandatory

  • Familiarity with HR and ATS systems like Ashby and Sequoia.

  • Exposure to fast-moving sectors like fintech or crypto
