AI fluency and hands-on experience developing and maintaining design systems are critical.

- Build and iterate on design tooling (plugins, linters) and support agentic design workflow exploration
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of design experience
- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- AI fluent - proficiency in AI design tools, including advanced features such as variants, auto-layout, component properties, and design tokens
- Experience creating, organizing, and documenting reusable design components for multi-product or multi-platform use
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and platform conventions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Experience working with time-tracking/resource management tools
- Experience building or contributing to a design system at scale (multi-team, multi-market)
- Familiarity with design token workflows, metadata schemas, and design-to-code pipelines
- Comfort with code environments: ability to use an IDE or CLI to build plugins, scripts, or automation tools
- Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows or agentic tooling
