What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is looking for a VP, Product Marketing to join our growing Marketing team. This role leads product marketing for DeepIntent’s platform and data products, owning positioning, messaging, launch, and the go-to-market motion that brings new capability to market. Reporting to the CMO and a member of the Marketing Leadership team, the VP, Product Marketing leads an established function and partners closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success to translate a sophisticated technology portfolio into a story pharma and agency buyers act on — advancing our mission to improve patient outcomes through better healthcare marketing technology.
This role is ideal for an experienced product marketing leader who is equally comfortable with sophisticated technology and the realities of pharma commercialization — someone who can turn a complex product portfolio into clear positioning, packaging, and enablement, and who will raise the strategic bar of a function that is already in place
Positioning & Messaging
- Own the positioning, messaging, and proof points for DeepIntent’s product portfolio, ensuring the company’s innovation is effectively marketed and positioned externally, and with key internal go-to-market stakeholders.
- Maintain a clear, differentiated product narrative in a competitive healthcare technology market that is provocative, compelling and engaging.
- Ensure the product story holds up with pharma commercial, medical, and agency audiences.
Product Launch & Go-to-Market
- Own end-to-end go-to-market for product releases — audience, narrative, packaging, launch plan, and success metrics.
- Partner with Product on roadmap sequencing and inform how offerings are packaged and priced.
- Run a repeatable launch process that scales with the product portfolio.
Buyer & Competitive Intelligence
- Maintain deep working knowledge of pharma commercialization buyers — brand, omnichannel, market access, medical, and data science.
- Run continuous competitive and market analysis, and turn it into decisions Product and Sales can act on.
- Bring the voice of the customer into roadmap, packaging, and pricing conversations.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Impact
- Work across marketing to ensure the effective and successful positioning of DeepIntent innovation externally.
- Equip Sales and Client Success with the demos, business cases, ROI frameworks, and objection handling they need to win.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing to convert the product narrative into pipeline, and set KPIs that tie product marketing to revenue.
- Support enterprise pursuits and partner motions across agencies, consultancies, and holding companies.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop DeepIntent’s product marketing team, elevating the function’s strategic role within Marketing and with Product.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO, Product leadership, and the executive team.
Who You Are:
- 12+ years of product marketing experience, including senior leadership of a product marketing function. Pharma and/or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record marketing enterprise technology products — platform, software, or SaaS — to sophisticated business buyers.
- Experience marketing products built on data science and machine learning, with the ability to translate technical capability into commercial value without overclaiming.
- Deep familiarity with pharma commercialization: how brands launch, how HCP and patient engagement works, and how commercial, medical, and regulatory review shape what can be said.
- Demonstrated success launching new products and sharpening a product narrative in a crowded, fast-moving market.
- Experience selling to and through enterprise buyers in regulated industries, including partner and channel motions.
- Experience owning packaging and pricing input for technology products.
- Track record building enablement programs that measurably shorten sales cycles.
- Experience leading and developing a product marketing team.
- Strong cross-functional partner to Product, Sales, and Client Success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and willingness to adapt.
