We are looking for a trusted advisor to divisional leadership teams, responsible for shaping AI transformation portfolios, identifying optimization opportunities and connecting strategy to execution to join Process Optimization’s AI Application and Client Coverage function.

The AI Application and Client Coverage function partners with divisional COO organizations to identify opportunities for process optimization and AI transformation. We help divisions understand critical processes, shape AI and optimization portfolios, mobilize delivery teams and communicate measurable business impact.

The role sits at the intersection of management consulting, business partnership, portfolio management and AI transformation.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Build a deep understanding of how divisional processes operate and where opportunities exist to improve efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience
  • Support leaders in moving ideas to execution by shaping optimization portfolios, prioritizing initiatives and mobilizing cross-functional teams
  • Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions and pilots
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex operational challenges
  • Create frameworks, roadmaps, governance structures and executive narratives that turn ideas into measurable results
  • Influence outcomes at multiple levels, from individual contributors to divisional executives
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous challenges, learning new business domains and technologies, building relationships and influencing enterprise transformation via AI.

Examples of What You Might Work On

  • Work alongside divisional leadership teams to prioritize AI and process optimization opportunities, build business cases, establish ROI frameworks and create multi-year transformation roadmaps
  • Evaluate emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Agentic AI solutions, process intelligence platforms and workflow automation tools to determine how they can solve real business problems
  • Lead the development of an AI proof-of-concept, helping define requirements, coordinate governance and approvals, align stakeholders, and prepare the solution for production deployment
  • Design and deliver training, workshops and executive briefings that build divisional capabilities in process optimization, AI adoption, and transformation leadership
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to move seamlessly between strategic and tactical work, whether facilitating an executive discussion on AI transformation priorities, developing a business case for a divisional initiative, evaluating emerging technologies, or coordinating stakeholders to move an idea into execution.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business transformation, program management, operational excellence, strategy, business management or business partner, or related roles
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across organizational boundaries
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional AI initiatives, automation programs, innovation portfolios or large-scale transformation efforts
  • Experience managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, balancing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, workstreams and business initiatives, while delivering results through influence in complex matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including business case development, opportunity assessment, prioritization, and executive-level recommendation development
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to audiences ranging from individual contributors to divisional executives
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, AI and operational transformation
