  • Design AI-enabled experiences that simplify work, reduce administrative burden, and improve decision-making.
  • Partner with technology teams to evaluate, prototype, and scale generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent self-service solutions.
  • Help establish future-state ways of working that balance innovation, governance, risk management, and user adoption.

Design Future-State Workforce Experiences

  • Apply service design, design thinking, journey mapping, and systems-thinking methodologies to solve complex business problems.
  • Create future-state operating models that integrate people, process, technology, data, and AI capabilities.
  • Simplify fragmented experiences and eliminate unnecessary complexity across end-to-end workflows.

Deliver Strategic Consulting Engagements

  • Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and transformation assessments.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, and operating model designs.
  • Influence leaders across a complex organization and build alignment around transformational change.
  • Drive initiatives from concept through implementation while tracking adoption, impact, and business value realization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Operating Model Design, Workforce Transformation, Strategy, Innovation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, including process redesign, operating model modernization, organizational change, and technology enablement.
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, or digital solutions that improve business performance, employee productivity, or customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
