About this job
C1.ai empowers the agentic workforce to put AI to work everywhere. Our platform connects humans and agents to enterprise systems with scoped access, enforced policies, human approval, and a record of every action. With C1.ai, the fastest path to AI adoption at scale is the governed path—giving organizations visibility and control without sacrificing security or slowing innovation. Companies such as Ramp, Zscaler, Qualtrics, and Eli Lilly trust C1.ai to govern workforce access, deploy AI agents, and get work done.
C1.ai is on a mission to secure the agentic workforce, and our partner ecosystem is one of the most powerful ways we’ll get there. We’re scaling our channel team and need top partner sales talent to help us build it. Join us, drive revenue through the channel, and make a real impact as we bring our solutions to enterprises across the globe!
What you’ll do….
Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of VAR and solution provider partners, turning them into true extensions of the C1 sales team.
Partner closely with Regional Sales Directors and AEs in your territory to align on account strategy, co-sell, and accelerate deals from first introduction to close.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by building joint business plans, running account mapping sessions, and launching targeted campaigns with partner sellers.
Enable partner sales and technical teams to confidently position C1, through trainings, lunch and learns, and hands-on deal support.
Navigate partner deal mechanics, including registrations, quoting, and procurement, so transacting through the channel is fast and frictionless for customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partner Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, engagement, and partner and customer delight.
Represent C1’s Core Values in every interaction, always leading with professionalism and positivity.
You would be an excellent candidate if you...
Are energized by building a channel from the ground up and shaping the future of our partner go-to-market motion.
Love connecting with partner executives, sellers, and engineers alike, and know how to earn mindshare in a crowded line card.
Have a track record of driving revenue through VARs, solution providers, or other channel partners in enterprise software.
Know how to work hand in hand with direct sales teams to win deals together, not compete for credit.
Are self-driven and comfortable owning a territory, a partner portfolio, and a number.
Are curious about (or experienced in) the world of security, identity, and compliance.
Have experience selling identity management, security, or compliance solutions alongside partners.
Excited to build partnerships, drive growth, and make an impact? Apply today and join C1’s high-performing channel sales team!
