Executive and Functional Communications

Prepare clear, accurate communications and support timely information flow.

  • Develop and coordinate internal WC&BE communications, leadership updates, all-staff materials and organizational announcements for leadership review.
  • Synthesize inputs into concise summaries and presentations, distinguishing confirmed information, open questions, proposed actions and decisions required.
  • Coordinate preparation for enterprise forums and external engagements as assigned, including collecting contributions, managing review cycles and meeting deadlines.

Governance and Cross-Functional Partnership

Help maintain effective operating practices and productive relationships across WC&BE and its partners.

  • Maintain practical calendars, trackers and records that provide visibility into plans, decisions, actions and deliverables.
