This role is an opportunity to shape how healthcare professionals connect and learn at congresses while ensuring that the right people, programs, and partners are aligned from planning through follow through.

What You Will Do

Lead Congress Peer to Peer Planning and Pull Through

  • Coordinate commercial peer to peer activities across priority congresses and commercial meetings, ensuring plans are connected to the broader customer journey and consistent with approved strategy.
  • Build detailed workback plans, timelines, budgets, roles, and decision points with internal partners and agency teams; identify risks early and keep work moving through execution.

  • Coordinate opinion leader contracting from initiation through completed agreement, working with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and other internal partners to keep contracts, documentation, and timing aligned with company requirements.
  • Develop clear faculty and opinion leader preparation materials with relevant content owners; prepare speakers on program objectives, audience needs, logistics, and approved content, and support clinically grounded HCP discussions in partnership with Medical and other content owners.
  • Maintain an organized view of opinion leader participation and program needs across congresses, and identify opportunities to strengthen continuity and the customer experience.
  • Partner with the Experiential Peer to Peer Engagement and Amplification Senior Manager to connect congress voices and insights with experiences and approved content that may extend beyond the event.

Coordinate Cross Functional Congress Engagement

  • Create clear planning rhythms and shared workplans with HCP Marketing, Omnichannel, Sales, Medical, Corporate Affairs, Advocacy, Strategic Account Managers, Global partners, Congress, and agency teams.
  • Clarify objectives, audiences, roles, and handoffs across programs so customers experience coordinated engagement while each function maintains its distinct purpose and review process.
  • Coordinate appropriate opportunities for cross functional participation and ensure that agendas, materials, and logistics are aligned with approved plans.
  •  Work with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory reviewers and other partners to move materials and activities through the appropriate review pathways while preserving strategic intent.

Manage Congress Logistics and On Site Execution

  • Own end to end logistics for peer to peer programs, including schedules, venues, registration, travel coordination where applicable, run of show, rehearsals, vendor and agency deliverables, contingency planning, and on site readiness.
  • Coordinate rehearsals, speaker support, room or experience readiness, staffing, and issue resolution to ensure programs run smoothly and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, timelines, and deliverables; maintain accurate documentation and escalate risks or changes promptly.
  • Lead post event closeout with partners and vendors, capturing execution learnings and resolving outstanding items.

Measure and Improve Congress Engagement

  • Define and track program measures with Insights and Analytics, including participation, engagement, customer feedback, execution quality, and approved content follow through.
