Reporting to the Head of CX Enablement, you will be an integral member of a focused enablement team accelerating customer and team readiness across Asana and AI workflows.

This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. • Build and scale technical certification programs for Support, Services, and Customer Success teams.

  • Partner closely with the AI Product Enablement lead to ensure organizational readiness for new product capabilities and enterprise AI feature rollouts.

  • Author and curate technical artifacts and documentation to maintain a centralized, up-to-date knowledge base across Customer Experience.

About you

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

  • 2+ years of experience implementing, architecting, or demonstrating the Asana platform or similar enterprise collaboration tools.

  • Proven track record in technical enablement, instructional design, or customer-facing technical roles (such as Support, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation) with a dedicated training focus.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior cross-functional leaders to diagnose skill gaps and build scalable enablement roadmaps in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Deep technical acumen with the ability to quickly master complex SaaS concepts, including platform administration, data flows, APIs, and integrations.

  • Experience building or managing role-based technical certification and credentialing programs.

  • Strong self-starter with the ability to manage an independent roadmap, balance strategic alignment with content execution, and leverage modern digital enablement tools.
