  • Provide strategic leadership on US market access dynamics across autoimmune indications, including payer formulary management, utilization management (e.g., step edits and prior authorization), and rebate contracting strategies, ensuring these considerations are proactively incorporated into development, evidence generation, pricing, and launch planning.
  • Lead cross-functional assessment of payer, HTA, and health system evidence requirements across key global markets, translating insights into actionable recommendations for clinical development programs.
  • Assess the access implications of development opportunities across autoimmune indications and advise governance teams on the likelihood of achieving favorable pricing, reimbursement, and patient access outcomes.
  • Partner with HEOR, RWE, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to develop compelling value propositions and evidence packages.
  • Advise on the development of economic models, burden-of-illness studies, indirect treatment comparisons, and other payer-focused evidence.
