You will lead a small, talented team, work across every business line & turn scale into savings, service & resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the strategy. Set the multi-year category strategy across MRO, travel, utilities & packaging, balancing cost, service levels, compliance & supply continuity.

- Build supplier relationships. Own supplier relationship management, with scorecards & executive business reviews on service, delivery, quality, pricing & innovation. Drive supplier development, consolidation & risk mitigation.
- Set the standard. Develop & implement company-wide supply chain standards, policies & governance. Lead adoption of tools & systems, including catalogs, punch-out & spend analytics, and support the Source-to-Pay rollout in partnership with IT.
- Lead programs that deliver. Run cross-functional CoE & PMO programs, track metrics against targets & share data-driven insights with senior stakeholders.
- Grow people & lead change. Lead, coach & develop a team of 3, build skills in partnership with HR, align business lines & champion a continuous improvement culture.
- Support what’s next. Contribute to ESG supply chain requirements, such as energy efficiency, renewable sourcing, recyclable packaging & supplier disclosures, and to M&A diligence & integration.
