We're looking for a confident, proactive leader with strong opinions and the expertise to back them up. Someone who takes ownership, challenges conventional thinking, and isn't afraid to push clients and teams toward better solutions. Note, hands on keys experience within social UIs is a requirement for this role.
What you’ll do:
- Lead paid social strategy, performance, and client health across a portfolio of eCommerce brands, overseeing full funnel media planning, creative strategy, testing, measurement, and long-term account growth.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, confidently leading executive-level conversations, navigating complex challenges, and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Bring deep technical and strategic expertise to diagnose performance challenges, pressure-test account strategies, identify optimization opportunities, and guide teams toward stronger results across major paid social platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing managers and teams, establishing clear expectations, driving accountability, addressing performance gaps, and fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.
- Establish and scale best practices across campaign execution, budget management, strategic planning, reporting, and client communication while proactively identifying risks and improving operational efficiency across teams.
- Champion innovation, creative effectiveness, and thought leadership by translating emerging platform capabilities, consumer trends, and measurement advancements into actionable opportunities for clients and the broader agency.
Who will love this role:
- A highly organized, action-oriented leader who thrives on ownership, brings structure to complexity, and holds themselves and others to high standards.
- A bold, opinionated strategist who has strong, informed perspectives, challenges the status quo, and isn't afraid to push back when there's a better way forward.
- An exceptional communicator who commands a room, builds credibility with senior stakeholders, and genuinely enjoys leading complex client conversations.
- A people-first leader who is passionate about developing talent, building a high-performing team culture, and creating an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
- An endlessly curious eCommerce and paid social enthusiast who loves digging into performance, exploring emerging trends, and sharing knowledge to make the entire team stronger.
You should have:

- Proven experience managing and developing teams, holding direct reports accountable, addressing performance challenges, and consistently elevating strategic and operational quality.
- Demonstrated ability to independently audit accounts, diagnose performance trends, develop actionable optimization strategies, and connect media performance to broader eCommerce business outcomes.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and confidently navigating high-pressure situations.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing methodologies, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement, with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
