The Role
The Director, Strategy Operations serves as the primary strategic and operational partner to the QualityOne business unit CEO, bridging top-level vision with cross-functional execution across the QualityOne organization. Acting as a trusted extension of executive leadership, this role ensures the CEO and senior team have the data integrity, performance visibility, and analytical insights needed to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Working closely with other internal business partners, you will lead executive reporting, oversee revenue and pipeline analytics, and establish data governance. Working alongside executive leadership, you will help shape commercial strategy, guide expansion, and turn operational insights into business results. If you thrive on solving complex operational challenges and serving as a force multiplier, this role provides an exceptional platform to build and lead.
