The Role

Veeva QualityOne is seeking an accomplished global sales leader to accelerate growth across our enterprise software business serving Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and emerging industries. In this role, your teams will be responsible for both developing new markets through proactive prospecting and expanding established business through strategic account development.

  • Personally engage in strategic enterprise opportunities, executive relationships, and complex competitive sales cycles
  • Sales Excellence & Operational Discipline

  • Establish and reinforce consistent sales methodologies, qualification standards, and opportunity management practices
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and performance accountability
  • Build a metrics-driven sales operating cadence that improves productivity, predictability, and win rates
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure consistent execution
  • Business, Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a key member of the QualityOne leadership team, helping translate business growth strategies into actionable sales priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer executives and support value-based enterprise selling
  • Partner closely with industry Strategy, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Services, Product, and Finance to align execution and accelerate growth
  • Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable sales and business priorities
  • Align global teams around common objectives while adapting execution to regional market needs

Requirements

  • People Leadership & Culture Building: Exceptional ability to recruit, coach, develop, and drive accountability of sales professionals, while building a collaborative, high-performance culture across multiple geographies
  • Enterprise Selling & Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engage C-level executives, win competitive opportunities, and collaborate effectively across functions. Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Drive & Independence: Driven self-starter capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% for customer meetings, events, and internal alignment
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Selling technical or business solutions into complex organizations, which require explicit analysis of pain, current state, future state vision, and strong value proposition to win

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling enterprise applications into Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Chemicals or other manufacturing industries
