About this job

About Us:

Fireworks is the platform for specialized intelligence, enabling companies to build, train, and serve AI models tailored to their own data, workflows, and products. Founded by the team behind PyTorch and backed by AMD, Atreides, Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, Sequoia Capital, and TCV, Fireworks powers production AI with hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Employee Experience Partner to create the moments that people at Fireworks remember and keep talking about years later. You’ll own recognition, employee swag, and employee-facing events. You’ll build the employee experience at a global level, defining what it means to be part of Fireworks when our team is spread across multiple locations. You’ll design experiences that express our culture, and drive initiatives that help people stay connected and aligned to it.

You’ll come up with the idea, then plan it, source it, and run it. By working closely with People Operations, the workplace team, and leaders across the company, you’ll bring the “wow” moments and make Fireworks a great place to work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Run our recognition program on our recognition platform, making the award experience seamless for employees and managers, and iterate on the program as we learn what works.

  • Own all employee-facing swag, including new hire kits, recruiting swag, recognition awards, anniversary gifts, and special event items. Come up with creative ideas and manage sourcing and vendors to bring in swag people love.

  • Plan and run employee events of all sizes, from local team celebrations to company-wide moments like our holiday party and anniversary celebrations, in close partnership with the workplace team. Pay special attention to engaging our remote and global employees as they join us and as they continue to work with us.

  • Build tools and resources that make it easy for leaders and managers to host great team-building events for their own teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of highly relevant experience in employee experience, culture, events, or people programs, ideally at a fast-growing startup

  • Proven experience driving initiatives that translate culture and values into tangible experiences

  • Strong execution: you’re comfortable doing the work yourself, from vendors and budgets to logistics and follow-through

  • Creativity with swag and gifting, including sourcing, vendors, and design

  • Comfort working with recognition or HR platforms, and iterating on a program as you learn

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across the workplace, People Ops, and leadership teams

Why Fireworks?

  • Solve Hard Problems: Tackle challenges at the forefront of AI infrastructure, from low-latency inference to scalable model serving.

  • Build What’s Next: Work with bleeding-edge technology that impacts how businesses and developers harness AI globally.

  • Ownership & Impact: Join a fast-growing, passionate team where your work directly shapes the future of AI—no bureaucracy, just results.

  • Learn from the Best: Collaborate with world-class engineers and AI researchers who thrive on curiosity and innovation.

Fireworks AI is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all innovators.
