- Lead a multidisciplinary Product Team across technology, engineering, data, design, agile delivery, change management and business expertise.
- Build a deep understanding of users and workflows, identifying opportunities to transform the end to end experience rather than simply automating existing processes.

- Lead delivery from discovery through development, validation, deployment, adoption, continuous improvement and scale.
- Define objectives, key results, adoption measures and business KPIs, keeping the team focused on measurable outcomes and realized value.
- Own adoption and value realization, ensuring user readiness, workflow integration, feedback and sustained use are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead senior stakeholder governance across the business, Enterprise AI and Technology, providing clarity on priorities, outcomes, investments, dependencies, risks and decisions.
- Build reusable product capabilities that can expand into broader business initiatives and additional use cases.
What will you need to be successful?
- Demonstrated experience leading strategically important digital products from discovery through development, deployment, adoption and scale, with personal ownership of product vision, strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven leadership of integrated Product Teams spanning business, technology, engineering, data, design, agile delivery and change, alongside experience influencing senior business and technology leaders within complex, global environments.
- Strong capability in user research, workflow analysis, experimentation, hypothesis validation and evidence based decision making, combined with commercial acumen and sufficient AI, data, automation, architecture, security and digital product fluency to partner effectively with technical leaders.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. No license or certification is required, although relevant product management, change management or AI governance credentials are preferred.
