About this job
Why Harvey
At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
Harvey is seeking a proactive, resourceful Executive Assistant to support our VP. You bring a “no task too big, no task too small” mindset, sound judgment, and ease in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
Keep operations running on time while protecting team culture, connection, and morale

Plan complex multi-destination itineraries that minimize friction across time zones
Manage a complex calendar: team syncs, customer and prospect meetings, and company events
Connect your executive with internal teams, partners, and customers, keeping communication timely
Own meeting prep: agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up
Take on ad hoc projects, bringing structure and driving them to done
Support deck and presentation prep, from formatting to content coordination
What You Have
Experience supporting Director- or VP-level leaders in a high-growth environment
Strong judgment and organization: you prioritize well, solve problems independently, and decide confidently on your executive’s behalf.
A proactive, adaptable mindset: you anticipate needs and take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level messaging
Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders and external stakeholders
A collaborative approach and a knack for building relationships across Harvey
Exceptional discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information, including executive travel, org changes, and financials
This is an in-office role based in New York or San Francisco, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week, and additional days as needed based on business priorities.
