About this job

Job title: Global HCP Marketing Lead, Duvakitug (IBD)

  • Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job

Join the team transforming care for people with immune-mediated and inflammatory diseases. In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Sanofi's Immunology Franchise is preparing to transform the treatment landscape for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) with duvakitug, one of Sanofi's high-priority new assets. As the Global HCP Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy from prelaunch through launch and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive omnichannel marketing program for a potentially groundbreaking therapy in a disease area with significant unmet medical need and a rapidly evolving competitive landscape.

Reporting directly to the Global Brand Lead, you will be responsible for developing disease state awareness, defining HCP segmentation and engagement strategies, crafting compelling HCP messaging, and deploying innovative marketing campaigns that leverage cutting-edge technologies including AI-enabled solutions. You will work closely with key markets, including the US and Japan, and serve as the lead for the Agency of Record (AOR) relationship, ensuring strategic alignment and executional excellence across all HCP marketing activities.

As the team continues to grow in anticipation of launch, this role offers a rare opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up — working at the intersection of science, strategy, and creativity to ensure gastroenterologists, IBD specialists, and other relevant HCPs are informed, engaged, and equipped to identify and treat patients living with IBD.

This product will be developed and marketed in collaboration with Teva with Sanofi responsible for launches outside of the EU.

Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and Specialty Care neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

  • Align cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Market Research) and key markets (notably US, Japan) on integrated, locally adapted execution
  • Act as the thought leader on IBD HCP marketing for senior leadership

HCP Segmentation & Targeting

  • Build and refine HCP segmentation (prescribing behavior, specialty, patient mix, engagement preferences) to guide targeting and resource allocation
  • Translate segmentation into actionable, omnichannel campaign plans, adjusting as the HCP landscape evolves

Disease Awareness, KOL & Advisory Strategy

  • Design disease-state awareness campaigns and educational content to close HCP knowledge gaps in IBD diagnosis and management
  • Lead the commercial KOL engagement strategy (identification, mapping, cultivation) and partner with medical societies/patient advocacy to extend reach
  • Plan and facilitate Advisory Boards and Strategic Steering Committees, synthesizing input into strategic recommendations
  • Build lasting, trust-based KOL relationships supporting brand advocacy

HCP Campaigns, Messaging & Agency Management

  • Develop evidence-based messaging and integrated omnichannel campaigns (digital, in-person, hybrid) for gastroenterologists, IBD specialists, and other prescribers
  • Oversee promotional/non-promotional materials, ensuring regulatory, legal, and medical compliance
  • Lead the Agency of Record relationship end-to-end: briefs, budget, performance evaluation, and fostering an agile, high-performing partnership

Omnichannel Innovation & Insights

  • Design seamless, personalized omnichannel HCP experiences, applying AI and analytics to targeting, personalization, and channel optimization
  • Pilot emerging digital tools (AI, predictive analytics, virtual platforms) to keep duvakitug's HCP program at the industry forefront
  • Partner with Market Research and Competitive Intelligence to build a continuous insights framework informing strategy, messaging, and campaigns

Performance, Budget & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track campaign, engagement, and brand performance; report insights to senior leadership
  • Manage HCP marketing budgets with rigor and accountability
  • Serve as marketing liaison to Medical Affairs (scientific accuracy), Market Access (value messaging), and Patient Advocacy (patient voice integration)
  • Partner with Teva counterparts to ensure alignment and consistent execution across Sanofi and Teva markets
