About the role

We’re looking for a growth and performance marketer who goes after 10x, not 10%... someone who can dream up an unorthodox bet on Monday, ship the landing page by Wednesday, and tell us whether it worked by Friday. You’ll own the creative and demand gen side of growth, with support on strategy from your manager and full ownership of execution.

Right now that means landing page and conversion testing, campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle, social, webinars, events, AEO, re-engagement, and creative bets to get more of the right people signing up. But that’s a starting point, not a queue... we expect you to bring your own ideas about where the next win is.

What you’ll do

Own campaigns from idea to results

  • Take plays from spec to live: audience, message, channel, landing page, conversion.

  • Work both motions: self-serve signups that need to activate, and accounts that need to become sales pipeline.

  • Build the demand gen assets that make campaigns go: landing pages, ad creative, emails, webinar promos, and whatever else the idea needs.

Think big and be unorthodox

  • Run creative bets that a more cautious team wouldn’t try. Some will flop... that’s part of it, as long as you know why.

  • Spot what no one owns and treat it as an opening, not a blocker.

Test a lot, and be honest about it

  • Run a real volume of tests: landing pages, signup flow, ad creative, email, audiences. A high test count is the job, not a sign you’re thrashing.

  • Decide what success looks like before something ships, and call out a loss out loud, even when it’s your own play.

Sweat the details

  • Tracking, UTMs, audience setup, page QA... the unglamorous stuff that makes results trustworthy.

Own social and nurture

  • Own social strategy end to end, including managing our social agency.

  • Own email nurture content and design, with your manager weighing in on strategy and voice.

Scale what works, kill what doesn’t

  • Hand proven winners to marketing ops to productionize, then move on to the next unproven thing.

  • Flag plateaus early instead of keeping a play alive just because it’s yours.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, channel marketing, demand gen, or a scrappy generalist marketing role, or a track record of building growth things on your own that speaks for itself.

  • Creative and detail-oriented in equal measure. You come up with the idea and catch the broken UTM.

  • Real growth instincts. You think in funnels and conversion, not just impressions and reach.

  • A resume with real quantitative results: signups, conversion lifts, pipeline contribution, cost per lead or SQA, that kind of thing.

  • Hands-on with the tools of the trade: HubSpot, landing page builders, and AI tools you actually use to move faster.

  • Background at a high-growth company (data/AI space preferred, but a Ramp-equivalent is fine too).

  • Great writing, and credibility with a developer and data audience.

  • A bias toward shipping.

  • Experience with AEO: getting a brand to show up in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and the like.

  • Hands-on paid experience across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, from audience setup through creative testing and optimization.

  • Experience building segments and audiences in Clay (or similar), especially ones that feed ad platforms or campaigns.

What people should be saying if you’re doing ducking awesome

  • “I stopped worrying about whether the campaign was set up right months ago.”

  • “That campaign is why we booked that meeting.”

  • “I just productionized three of their plays this month and they’re already onto the next thing.”

  • “That play flopped, here’s exactly why, here’s what I’m testing next.”

Our Interview Process

We like to keep things transparent, so here’s what to expect if you apply...

  1. Discovery call with our recruiting team to get acquainted and make sure we’re a mutual fit

  2. A conversation with our Growth lead to learn about the campaigns you’ve run, the unorthodox bets you’ve taken, and how you think about turning attention into signups and pipeline

  3. A deeper conversation with our Growth team covering landing page and conversion testing, how you’d measure a campaign, and a walkthrough of a campaign or test you’ve owned, including what flopped and why

  4. A final conversation with our CEO focused on values and vision

Please Apply

Does this role sound appealing to you, but you’re missing some of the requirements or don’t quite think you’re qualified?  Please apply anyway. Research has shown that underrepresented groups in technology often shy away from roles which aren’t a 100% match. We aim to build a diverse team and will strongly consider applicants who bring many of the requirements plus have other experiences which round out their qualifications.
