- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through scalable omnichannel marketing programs
- Oversee digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, and customer retention initiatives
- Develop and execute demand generation programs that increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion
- Lead market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting initiatives
- Build and optimize marketing technology infrastructure, analytics frameworks, automation platforms, and reporting capabilities

- Lead public relations, corporate communications, thought leadership initiatives, and crisis communication strategies
- Develop content strategies and campaigns that position Noctrix Health as a category-defining leader in neurological health and wearable therapeutics
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization across brand, growth, digital, communications, and product marketing functions
- Manage external agencies, strategic partners, vendors, and consultants to maximize marketing effectiveness
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on growth strategy, market opportunities, customer insights, and brand development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure message consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints
- Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies that support business objectives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within medical device, digital health, healthcare technology, consumer health, or wearable technology industries
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth engines and customer acquisition programs
