  • Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and application reliability. Experience developing or maintaining automated testing solutions is a plus.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and customer impact, proactively identifying opportunities to improve online experiences, reduce application abandonment, and enhance conversion through the customer funnel.
  • Investigate production incidents and customer-impacting issues, leveraging customer behavior and operational data to understand root causes and drive sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to fraud detection and prevention efforts by helping identify patterns that distinguish legitimate customer interactions from potentially scripted or automated fraudulent activity.
  • Drive implementation adherence with performance, resiliency, observability, and optimization standards, including minimizing disruptions caused by downstream service dependencies.
  • Review testing methodologies and code coverage to ensure comprehensive testing practices are followed across the team.
  • Support modernization efforts and cloud migration initiatives where applicable.
  • Review and approve requirement plans in alignment with delivery partners, ensuring completeness, accuracy, feasibility, and alignment to business priorities.
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation, with approximately one week of coverage every six months, ensuring timely response to critical production issues.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues requiring escalation to management.
