About this job
At Delta Faucet, we are committed to transforming everyday experiences with water through innovative products and exceptional service. As a leader in the plumbing industry, we take pride in our dedication to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our mission to create solutions that inspire and elevate the lives of all our customers. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence.
Your Role at Delta Faucet:
The Content Operations Lead will establish and manage the operating model required to prioritize, sequence, manage, track and scale creative asset content development for Delta, Peerless, Liberty & Franklin Brass brands. This role is responsible for ensuring the right content is developed at the right time, for the right business priorities, and with the right level of cross-functional alignment across NPD, eCommerce, Retail, Trade, Pro, AI-enabled content development, and brand-owned channels.
Reporting within the Brand organization and embedded in the Creative Assets ecosystem, this role will serve as the operational connective tissue between business priorities, content demand, creative production capacity, channel needs, and emerging AI-enabled content capabilities. The role will develop a disciplined content system that improves throughput, reduces duplication and rework, increases asset reuse, and supports faster deployment across channels.
This is a high-impact operational leadership role for someone who can build structure in ambiguity, create scalable processes, manage cross-functional intake and prioritization, and connect marketing, creative, digital, product, and channel teams around a shared content roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring a strong project/program management mindset, an understanding of content production workflows, and the ability to design repeatable systems that improve efficiency, clarity, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Operating Model Development: Establish and continuously improve the enterprise content operating model, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, workflow standards, and capacity planning across NPD, eCommerce, Retail, Trade, Pro, and AI-enabled content initiatives.
- Enterprise Intake and Prioritization: Own the content intake process, ensuring requests are evaluated against agreed business priorities, launch needs, channel impact, resource requirements, and timing constraints.
- Capacity Planning and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage a clear view of content demand, team capacity, production timelines, and resource tradeoffs to support better decision-making and reduce bottlenecks.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline content workflows, reduce rework, remove process friction, and improve speed-to-market across creative asset development and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Sequencing and Alignment: Partner closely with Brand, Creative Services, Product Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, Trade, Pro, Legal, Customer Product Data, and external partners to align priorities, timing, inputs, approvals, and execution plans.
- AI-Enabled Content Enablement: Partner with internal teams and the Masco Digital CoE to help translate AI-enabled content tools, automation opportunities, and emerging workflows into usable operating processes for the Brand and Creative Assets teams.
- Content Solution Identification: Help determine the right content solution for each business need, including net-new assets, refreshed assets, modular templates, channel-specific versions, AI-assisted content, or reuse of existing assets.
- Production Roadmap Management: Build and maintain content roadmaps that connect strategic priorities, SKU needs, channel requirements, launch timing, and production capacity into one integrated view.
- Throughput and Efficiency Tracking: Track key operational metrics such as cycle time, request volume, asset reuse, content completion, production status, bottlenecks, and cost or resource efficiency.
- Governance Partnership: Partner with the Governance & Lifecycle Lead to ensure newly created content is properly tagged, versioned, maintained, refreshed, and retired according to established standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates to cross-functional stakeholders on project status, risks, tradeoffs, capacity constraints, and decision needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process, tool, template, and workflow improvements that allow the organization to scale content production without a proportional increase in resources.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, creative operations, project/program management, digital marketing, eCommerce merchandising, or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, Digital Strategy, or related field.
- Operational Leadership: Strong ability to design and manage intake processes, workflows, prioritization systems, production roadmaps, and cross-functional operating models.
- Project and Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and resource constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Content Production Understanding: Working knowledge of creative asset development, digital content, product launch support, eCommerce content, channel versioning, and brand consistency requirements.
- Analytical Capability: Ability to interpret demand, throughput, resource, and performance data to improve planning, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to work across teams, build alignment, clarify tradeoffs, and move work forward without relying solely on formal authority.
- Systems Mindset: Strong ability to identify process gaps, build scalable solutions, and translate complexity into clear workflows and decision frameworks.
- AI and Digital Fluency: Comfortable working with emerging AI-enabled content tools, automation concepts, DAM systems, content platforms, workflow tools, and evolving digital content requirements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to both working teams and senior stakeholders.
