  • Hands-on experience operating Copilot Studio to governance standards and managing ALM in Managed Environments.
  • Experience implementing security-aligned governance (sensitivity labels, DLP, auditing) and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, including agent lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency with pro-code development (e.g., Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and/or C#) for building connectors and extensions.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Teams integration, and Viva Suite configuration.
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with business stakeholders in a large, global enterprise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
