Paid Media Manager
New York City, NY, or CA • Reports to SVP of Marketing and Growth
About Doctronic
Doctronic is the first AI legally authorized to practice medicine. We are processing millions of consultations monthly with 99%+ treatment plan accuracy validated by board-certified clinicians.
About the role
As the paid media manager, you will own paid acquisition across every channel we run: Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, direct mail, and other channels. This is an individual contributor role with real channel ownership. You'll craft and execute the strategy for how the channels are structured, tested, and scaled, and work with internal and external creative teams to guide creative development. Working with our analytics lead, you'll dig for insights, and provide detailed reporting to the leadership team.
What you'll do
Run and scale paid efforts
Own strategy and execution across our live channels, including account and campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and ongoing optimization to achieve business goals
Devise and drive ongoing experimentation that generates actionable learnings and helps us find new growth opportunities
Work inside health-category, HIPAA-compliant limits on tracking and targeting, and partner with marketing engineering on what can be measured with privacy as priority
Propose strategic and novel ways to diversify our channel mix. Then execute and scale
Guide the creative
Write the briefs that tell our internal and external creative teams what each channel needs next, then share results to inspire the next round of creative
Own the testing structure that isolates variables and applies learnings to future work
Ensure all creative passes clinical review
Own reporting & budget
In partnership with our analytics lead, you’ll own ongoing reporting on our paid efforts, including incrementality testing
Recommend budgets grounded in data to increase our rate of growth
Who you are
7+ years running paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, and other channels, with direct budget ownership, including at least one channel you took from zero to material scale
Hands on keyboard in at least two of Google, Meta, TikTok, connected TV, and direct mail, and eagerness to quickly learn those you don't have experience with
Strong analytical capabilities. While we have an analytics team, you should be able to run the numbers yourself
You’re adept at how AI can help media planning, buying, and optimization, and excited by developing new tools to improve the impact of your efforts
Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, and deploying increasingly large budgets
A direct communicator who readily shares informed recommendations
Nice to have
Consumer health, telehealth, or another regulated category where you’ve been restricted in terms of what you can say and who you can reach
Enough fluency in a BI tool (and/or Claude) to answer your own questions without filing a ticket
What we offer
Competitive comp Salary + Equity — you grow with us
Flexible time off We trust you to manage your time
Hybrid in New York City or remote in California working directly alongside the SVP of Marketing and Growth and both co-CEOs
Parental Leave 12 weeks fully paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender or path to parenthood — no distinction between birthing and non-birthing parents
