About this job
As Principal Product Manager for Automotive Services, you'll own the product roadmap for Amazon's Ship to Store installation services, driving strategy, feature prioritization, and cross-functional execution across North America. You'll also identify and scale new automotive service opportunities by partnering across Amazon teams and external retailers to unlock new customer segments and shape the worldwide automotive services strategy.
Key job responsibilities

- Expand automotive services into new categories and use cases beyond in-store installation — identify and scope adjacent service opportunities (e.g., car electronics, dash cams) by partnering with Category Leadership, Vendor Management, and external retail partners to unlock new customer segments.
- Drive product feature implementation across VAS systems— serve as the business-side product authority on STS's, working closely with VAS Tech (SDEs, SDMs) to define BRDs, evaluate build-vs-unify trade-offs, and ensure the platform scales to support new opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-org partnerships — collaborate across Amazon teams (VAS, Home & Business Services, Category Leadership, AWS) and with external partners to structure deals, define service scope, and navigate competitive considerations that shape automotive services offerings.
- Shape WW automotive services strategy — contribute to OP planning and long-range roadmaps alongside WW Automotive and regional teams (NA, JP, EU), translating customer insights and market opportunities into funded initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
