About this job

Alexa+ is our next-generation assistant powered by generative AI. Alexa+ is more conversational, smarter, personalized, and gets things done.

Our goal is to make Alexa+ an instantly familiar personal assistant that is always ready to help or entertain on any device. At the core of this vision, the 3P Experiences team within Alexa Domains is dedicated to rapidly expanding the services, information, and capabilities available on Alexa+ through third-party integrations.

We are looking for a Principal TPM to lead the program strategy for bringing high-quality third-party experiences to Alexa+ customers at scale. You will shape how millions of customers interact with external services through AI agents, and drive product-market fit across key consumer verticals.

Key job responsibilities

You will be a mission-critical member of the leadership team, unifying distributed engineering efforts and owning the plan to deliver high-quality third-party experiences for Alexa+ customers via MCPs, APIs, and computer use.

  • Own the end-to-end program roadmap for 3P agentic experiences, from design through consumer release
  • Coordinate across Alexa domain teams, agentic platform teams, developer tooling, discovery, and central CX teams to drive delivery
  • Drive technical requirements, design trade-offs, and release planning across distributed engineering teams
  • Enable leadership decision-making through clear communication, crisp status reporting, and proactive risk management
  • Hold a high bar for customer experience quality and developer experience across partner integrations
  • Partner with BD and Solutions Architects to unblock partner-specific workstreams
  • Establish scalable processes for onboarding and certifying third-party integrations
