CACI is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead day-to-day product direction on a high-performing team within our Space Line of Business. The Product Manager will connect mission needs, user feedback, customer priorities, and engineering execution to deliver operationally relevant capabilities through Agile development.

As the product leader, you will own the product roadmap and backlog, work closely with the Government Product Owner and mission users, and coordinate with technical and systems integration leaders so that each increment is feasible, testable, and aligned with the broader architecture and mission workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the product vision, roadmap, release priorities, and outcome measures in alignment with customer mission needs, operational intent, and CONOP development.
  • Translate stakeholder and user needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable backlog items; prioritize work with the Government Product Owner and mission stakeholders.
  • Lead product activities across Agile development teams, including backlog refinement, sprint and release planning, demonstrations, user acceptance activities, and feedback cycles.
  • Engage mission users and subject-matter experts to discover needs, validate workflows, refine UI/UX concepts, and ensure delivered capabilities are useful in operational contexts.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Lead, Systems Engineering and Integration Lead, and engineering teams to manage interfaces, dependencies, technical feasibility, and integration readiness.
  • Guide delivery and integration of spacecraft orchestration applications, enterprise systems, mission workflows, advanced analytics, data science, or AI/ML capabilities when they support mission outcomes.
  • Track product outcomes, user feedback, risks, decisions, and dependencies; brief Government partners and program leadership on product status and recommended priorities.
  • Support verification, validation, release readiness, transition to operations, and continuous improvement.
  • This position will be located at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA, Denver, CO or King of Prussia, PA and is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 5+ years of product management, product ownership, or mission software delivery experience, including leadership of Agile development teams.
  • Demonstrated experience translating mission or user needs into product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and executable software requirements.
  • Experience delivering mission-critical software for DoD, Intelligence Community, space, or similarly operationally demanding environments.
  • Experience with Agile methods, iterative release planning, backlog management, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and user feedback loops.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, data and analytics, systems integration, test, and mission operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to brief customer stakeholders and senior leadership.

Desired

  • Product Owner or Agile certification such as CSPO, Product Owner/Product Manager, or an equivalent credential.
  • Prior experience leading comparable programs within the Space domain supporting NRO, USSF, or similar organizations.
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical, business, or mission discipline.
