Apply a wide range of specialized knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to direct and coordinate human and material resources at all phases of a project which includes origination, initiation, planning, execution and control, and closeout.

• Manage projects and programs independently.
• Assist management with more complex projects and programs.
• Supervise and train Project Managers.
• Assist with developing performance plans for Project Managers.
• Conduct project management training for the agency.To be appointed to this position, you must:

• Be reachable for appointment on the Project Manager 2 or Project Manager 3 eligible list.
OR
• Be eligible for 52.6 transfer with one year of qualifying service in a title approved for transfer.
