Available offerings may include weekly payroll, paid time off and sick leave,  semi-subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision plan options, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement opportunities, employee assistance programs (EAP), and internal learning, development, and career growth programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive sales leadership and commercial execution experience within the food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, specifically within protein or value-added categories.
  • Track Record: Proven success managing tier-one retail accounts (club, mass, and grocery), with a strong history of scaling new product divisions from scratch.
  • Strategic & Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in P&L management, trade marketing, broker network orchestration, co-manufacturing alignment, and margin growth frameworks.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fully cooked poultry, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), clean-label formulations, and USDA/FDA regulatory compliance.
  • Retailer Platforms: Deep familiarity with customer platforms, item setup, and data analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • The selected candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
